At Matilda Jane Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original shipping bag or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
